You will need:

Font of choice – I used 1 Snappy DNA, found

Tube of choice. I used Marina by Alex Prihodko. These tubes can be purchased through PicsForDesign

Template 144 by Pooker

HERE

Open Template 144. Copy, and close original.

Resize 85% all layers checked.

Image – canvas size 700 x 700

Click on Background at the bottom and floodfill white

Delete the following layers:

CR Info, and all dotted circles and shapes layers ( five of them).

White Circle,  Pink Circle 1, Black Circle, White Shapes, Pink Shapes, Butterflies,

Element 93 (blue checkered mask) – Resize 75%.

Paste above white background layer and slide to top left corner.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.

Duplicate – flip. Merge both together.

Duplicate again. Drop the opacity of this one to 50. Merge both together.

Element 42 (grass hill) – Resize 60%

Paste above mask layer. Sharpen.

Set Foreground to #ebdc91  Background to  #4d2b9e

Make background gradient angle 0 with 1 repeat.

Black Squares – Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.

Deselect.

Delete template layer.

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Pink Circles 2 – Open Element 28. Erase the stick.

Paste above pink circles 2 layer and slide to the top so it sits over the pink circle.

Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror – flip.

Dropshadow both.
Delete template layer.

Lt Pink Circles 2  - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 7 into selection.
Deselect

Give inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

Grey Squares  -  Resize Papers (this is the blue striped one)  30%. Paste above grey squares layer and slide up to cover the top square. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror flip.

Merge both paper squares together.

Click on grey squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Papers and hit delete.
Deselect.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Delete template layer.

In layers palette, move Lt Pink squares up to sit above white squares.

Click on white squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Click on Lt pink squares and hit delete.

You should be left with a frame.

White Squares  -  Resize Paper 13   25%. Paste above white squares layer and slide up to cover the top square. Sharpen. Duplicate – mirror flip.

Merge both paper squares together.

Click on white squares layer. Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Selections – invert. Click on Paper 13 and hit delete.

Delete template layer.

Set Foreground to #ebdc91  Background to  #4d2b9e

Make background gradient angle 45 with 1 repeat.

Lt Pink squares (frame) - Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Fill with gradient.
Deselect.

Effects – texture effects – weave with settings 1  2  50, both colors #ebdc91

Delete template layer.

Add inner bevel of choice.

Dropshadow.

Element 11 (pink tree) – Resize 90%

Erase stick.

Paste above Lt Pink Squares Frame layer.

Free rotate left 90 and slide to the centre left, (use the black squares layer as a guide).
Effects – edge effects – enhance. Duplicate – mirror.

Dropshadow both.

Element 55 (colored cloud) –Resize 75% twice.

Paste above Element 11 layer and slide to the left and down.
Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Lt Pink Circle 1 – Paste close up of tube and slide around into the position you like.

Click on Lt Pink Circle 1 layer.

Selections – select all. Selections – float. Selections – defloat. Layers – new raster layer. Paste Paper 13 into selection.  DO NOT DESELECT.

Selections – invert. Click on tube and hit delete.

Deselect.

Make sure tube is sitting above paper.

Sharpen tube. Dropshadow

Sharpen paper

Delete template layer.

Element 9 (purple frame) – Resize 63%.

Paste above tube layer. Sharpen. Dropshadow

Element 94 (colored sparkle scatter) -  Resize 68%. Paste above purple frame layer.

Duplicate and merge both together.

Sharpen.

Slide to bottom.

Carefully erase the left half of this element.

Duplicate – mirror. Merge both together.

Duplicate – flip.

Do not Dropshadow.

Element 78 (cushions) -  Resize 70%.

Paste above sparkle scatter layer.

Sharpen. Dropshadow.

Tube – Position as desired. Resize if necessary

Dropshadow.

Element 15 (dog) – Resize 65% then 80%.

Paste above cushions layer.

Sharpen

Dropshadow.

OK. Click on the dog layer. Right click on layers palette – merge – merge down.

Right click on this layer in layers palette – merge – merge down.

Close this layer off for the moment by clicking the little eye next to it in layers palette.

Close off background, and mask layer in the same manner.

In layers palette again, right click on any open layer – merge – merge visible.

Centralize this merged layer (easiest way is to cut and paste).

Re-open mask layer, and merge visible.

Re-open your tube / dog / cushions layer and merge visible.

Add any other embellishments if you want to.

Crop & resize if desired.

Add copyrights and name.
